High Tea

From the very year Kitara was born, we’ve saved up for one indulgence year after year: high tea at the Empress Hotel. We started when she was 6 months old (and Kairi, her BFF, was 10 mos). Here’s a comparison shot of our little dumping at age 1 and age 6.

When you are in a dress, you dance. So sayeth The Rules of Kitara. So, she danced.

Our lovely teacups which, I’m very proud to say, I’ve resisted the urge to stuff in my purse year after year.

Kitara preferred her chocolate teacup.

But, when it came to it, she loves tea like the rest of us.

And, of course, we finished with more dancing. As you do.
